Capsule: The White Star is a new type of Mimbari Ship used for the first
time in the 2nd Shadow War.  It is a composite of Mimbari and Vorlon
technologies.  As a result, it incorparates many new and exotic(by earth
standards) technologies.  Such being as a limited shielding device,
artifical gravity (only found on Hyperion class Heavy Cruisers of the Earth
Alliance), and a Mimbari Realtime Holographic Command and Control Center.
It is also one of the smallest capital vessels in known space to be able to
create it's own jumpgate.
