Equipped with quite advanced systems, it requires a much larger crew than the standard Shadroc-7 does. The weapon systems of the Militant are also a good deal more powerful than those of the standard Shadroc, and the ship has been equipped with the experimental Scepter missiles. While the lines of the ship are still very similar to those of a standard Shadroc-7, the weapons mountings and the additional streamlining make the militant clearly recognizable as a custom job. The black and gold paint job also does very little to render the ship inconspicuous. Riscah tends to travel with an escort of 4 TIE advanced when flying the militant, and will have either a pair of interceptors or his modified Y-Wing "Howler" in the fighter bay. The most unusual feature of the Militant are the Scepter missiles. Modeled after the Yaeger Charge torpedoes, the Scepters are surrounded by a plasma field after they are launched. They also incorporate the more efficient Imperial Anion drive power system, giving them slightly greater range and penetrating power. These weapons are still experimental, and may develop problems, though they have yet to do so.
