     The Alpinicus is one of Riscah Tyour's secondary ships.  Far
less flashy than the Militant, the Alpinicus is a Shadroc-7 that
has clearly seen better days.  It's hull has a number of carbon
burns, and one area is clearly a not particularly well fitted
replacement.  Still, despite it's less than perfect appearance
and condition, the Alpinicus is not quite the flying disaster
that it appears to be.
     Equipped with a state of the art high performance hyper
drive, the Alpinicus can get from one end of the galaxy to the
other far faster than one would expect it to, an distinctly
useful trait in Riscah's line of work.  In addition, while
gunners are required for the quad lasers, the primary weapons can
be fired from the cockpit, making it possible for Riscah to get
spaceborne and out without needing a crew.  Finally, while some
of the luxuries of the stock Shadroc are retained, some of the
storage areas (such as those required for the now defunct
whirlpool) have been converted into concealed scanner proof
areas, and the ball room/dining hall, still wood paneled, has
been converted into a single ship fighter bay.  Usually housing
Riscah's modified Y-Wing, the Sylvester, the bay can house
virtually any small starfighter, and the Alpinicus has a fair
amount of fuel and other supplies stored.
